2007

The most significant event in 2007 was our entry into Global Inspiration, the owner of the video portal Stream.cz. This move immediately resulted in a fivefold increase in its traffic, reaching over a million viewers. We were also successful with the newly launched service Zboží.cz, which became the leader among price comparison sites. Our Search also became the most used on the Czech internet after two years. The merger with the Atlas.cz portal contributed to strengthening our position. At this time, the first mobile internet was emerging in the Czech Republic, and Seznam.cz was once again at the forefront. Apple introduced the first iPhone, practically changing the entire mobile market, not only in terms of devices but also in the use of mobile internet. Our first available service on mobile internet was Email.cz.
