Active Sessions

There may be times when you log in to your account on a public or shared computer or mobile device and forget to log out. If that happens, there’s no need to panic. Simply log in to your account again from anywhere and terminate any unwanted sessions. If you’re unsure which session is yours, you can choose to terminate all active sessions. When you end an active session, the account will be logged out on that specific device or application.

  1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to the Account Security tab, then scroll down to the Active Sessions section.

3. You’ll see a list of recorded logins from browsers and signed-in applications.

4. To end a specific session for a browser or app, click Sign out on the right side of the entry.

5. A confirmation prompt will appear – select Sign out of this session or Sign out of this app.

6. To end all active sessions, click the Sign out everywhere link at the top right above the list of sessions.

7. You’ll be asked to confirm this action as well.
