I’m having trouble with verification

If you don’t have access to a verification device to approve the login attempt, or if you’re experiencing issues with your authenticator app (e.g. invalid code), there are alternative ways to verify your identity.

In the screen where you’re asked to enter a code from your authenticator app, click Use a different verification method.

You’ll then see the available options based on your account settings:

I need help

You’ll be redirected to the Two-Factor Authentication help section. If you don’t find the answer there, you can contact our online support during business hours.

Request SMS code

If you don’t have access to any of your verification devices, or the verification request isn’t working, there is one last option: request an SMS with a code to your verified phone number.
After the countdown finishes, click the button to send the SMS. Enter the received code in the form and confirm.

If you’re using the Seznam app or Seznam browser for authentication, follow these steps:

Resend request

The verification request will be resent to your verification device.
