Setting a phone number for account recovery is required for your Seznam account. Your phone number helps you regain access if you forget or lose your password. To make sure recovery will always work, we occasionally ask you to check and, if needed, update the phone number you have set.
You may be prompted to check your security settings either after signing in to your account or at any time while using our services, through a pop-up dialog.
First, confirm or enter your current phone number.

Then, enter the verification code from the SMS we send to your phone.

If you’re changing your phone number, for security reasons you’ll also need to enter your current password. You can also choose whether to use this number as a contact number for other services.

After completing the verification, you’ll see a confirmation that the phone number has been verified and saved.

If you haven’t set a phone number for your account yet, we’ll regularly remind you to add one. The process is the same as above – verify the number by entering the code from the SMS and confirm with your password.
