This option is available if your account was created through a Google or Microsoft login.
To use this recovery method, you must know the password to your Google or Microsoft account and be able to log in with that provider.
4. Request Verification via Google/Microsoft Account
- Select the Google or Microsoft account recovery method.
- Click the Sign in with Google/Microsoft button to proceed with verification using your account credentials.
If your account is linked to Google or Microsoft but you don’t know the password or choose not to use this method, consider other available recovery options — such as email or verified phone, if offered.
If you don’t see any other options, unfortunately, it will not be possible to recover your password by other means.
5. Sign In Using Your Password

- Select the account you’d like to use for recovery.
- Enter the password for the selected Google or Microsoft account.

6. Set a New Password
- If the password was entered correctly, you can now set a new password for your Seznam account. Make sure it’s strong and secure. We recommend reviewing our Password Security Guidelines.
- If you’re already signed in to your Google or Microsoft account, you may skip the password entry step — you’ll be taken straight to the Seznam password reset form.
- Enter your new password twice, then click Create New Password to save it.
- Option “Log in without changing the password” is available in rare cases when you are absolutely certain you know your current password (e.g., it’s saved in a password manager) and it hasn’t been misused.
However, we strongly recommend that you always change your password after recovering access to better protect your account. - Once your new password is saved, click Go to Login to be redirected to the sign-in page and log in with your newly created password.
