This option is available if your account has a verified recovery phone number. You could set this number in your account settings while you still had access.
To use this recovery method, you must be able to receive and read an SMS message at that phone number — we’ll send you a PIN code for verification.
4. Request an SMS with a Recovery PIN Code
- Select the phone recovery method.
- In the next step, you’ll see a hint showing the end of the phone number to which the SMS will be sent.
Enter the first 6 digits of that number into the empty field. - Click the Continue button to proceed to the next page.

We display the number that is registered and verified with your account.
SMS cannot be sent to any other number.
If you no longer have access to this number, try switching to email or Bank Identity recovery (if available).
If neither option is shown, unfortunately, the password cannot be recovered for this account.
5. Enter the PIN Code from the SMS

- An SMS with a PIN code will be sent to the verified phone number shortly.
- Enter the code from the SMS into the password recovery form.
- Click the Submit button to continue.

6. Set a New Password
- If the PIN code was entered correctly, you’ll now be able to create a new password. Make sure it’s strong and secure. We recommend reviewing our Password Security Guidelines.
- Enter the desired password twice and click Create New Password to save it.
- Option “Log in without changing the password” is for rare cases when you’re absolutely sure you know the current password (e.g., it’s stored in your password manager) and are confident it hasn’t been misused.
However, we strongly recommend that you always change your password after regaining access to ensure your account remains secure. - Once your new password is saved, click Go to Login to access the sign-in page and log in with your newly created password.
