Below you’ll find instructions for registering a new user account with Seznam without using an email address.
To begin the registration, visit this page and select the option Use phone number in the displayed form.
Enter your phone number, provided it isn’t already used as a login for another Seznam account.
The phone number you’ve entered is automatically verified. If it’s already in use or registered somewhere, a warning will appear. In that case, we recommend signing in to your existing account or creating a new one using an email address.
Next, you’ll see the phone number verification step.
The verification code will be sent automatically to your phone once you click Send verification SMS code, provided your country code is +420 or +421. If you’d like to use a foreign phone number to create an account, you can find detailed information here.
Do not leave the registration form and wait for the SMS code to arrive. The code is valid for a limited time.
Once you receive the SMS, enter the code into the Enter code from SMS field. By clicking Complete account creation, you agree to the terms of service.
Great! Your account is now registered.
On the final screen, you’ll see confirmation of account creation and can proceed to Seznam services.
If the SMS code doesn’t arrive or if you encounter other issues, you can resend the code using the Resend SMS codeoption.
If you’re registering on a mobile device, you may be offered the option to automatically fill in the verification code from the SMS.
Your consent applies only to your device and only for that specific SMS, for the purpose of retrieving the code.
After registration and login, we strongly recommend increasing your account security by setting a password.
