Request Verification via MojeID<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the\u00a0<strong>MojeID<\/strong>\u00a0recovery method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the\u00a0<strong>MojeID account<\/strong>\u00a0button to be redirected to the MojeID environment, where you can complete the verification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-seznam-box is-layout-flow wp-block-seznam-box-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>If your account has MojeID verification enabled but you\u00a0<strong>cannot or do not wish to use it<\/strong>, consider the other available recovery methods \u2014 such as\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/o-seznam.cz\/napoveda\/ucet\/en\/zapomenute-heslo\/jak-na-to\/obnova-email\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/o-seznam.cz\/napoveda\/ucet\/en\/zapomenute-heslo\/jak-na-to\/obnova-email\/\">email<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/o-seznam.cz\/napoveda\/ucet\/en\/zapomenute-heslo\/jak-na-to\/obnova-telefon\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/o-seznam.cz\/napoveda\/ucet\/en\/zapomenute-heslo\/jak-na-to\/obnova-telefon\/\">verified phone<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 if those options are available.<br>If you do not see those alternatives, unfortunately, the password\u00a0<strong>cannot be recovered<\/strong>\u00a0in any other way.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a05. Log In Using Your MojeID<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"364\" height=\"484\" src=\"https:\/\/o-seznam.cz\/napoveda\/ucet\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2024\/10\/obnova-mojeid.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2017\" srcset=\"https:\/\/o-seznam.cz\/napoveda\/ucet\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2024\/10\/obnova-mojeid.png 364w, https:\/\/o-seznam.cz\/napoveda\/ucet\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2024\/10\/obnova-mojeid-241x320.png 241w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 364px) 100vw, 364px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the MojeID interface, log in using the credentials shown in the recovery form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then proceed with the confirmation steps as instructed in the MojeID interface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During verification, you may be informed about the data that will be shared with Seznam.cz as part of the identity confirmation \u2014 this is the same data that was shared when you first verified your account.<br>If you now choose to\u00a0<strong>deny<\/strong>\u00a0the data transfer, the verification\u00a0<strong>cannot<\/strong>\u00a0be completed, and your account access cannot be restored.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the verification is\u00a0<strong>confirmed and completed<\/strong>, you will be redirected back to the Seznam site, where you\u2019ll be able to set a new password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a06. Set a New Password<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can now set a new password. Make sure to choose one that is strong and secure.
