Request Verification via Bank Identity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the\u00a0<strong>Bank Identity<\/strong>\u00a0recovery method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the\u00a0<strong>Bank ID<\/strong>\u00a0button to be redirected to the BankID environment where you can begin the verification process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-seznam-box is-layout-flow wp-block-seznam-box-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>If your account has BankID verification enabled but you\u00a0<strong>cannot or do not wish to use it<\/strong>, consider the other available recovery methods \u2014 such as\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/o-seznam.cz\/napoveda\/ucet\/en\/zapomenute-heslo\/jak-na-to\/obnova-email\/\">email<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/o-seznam.cz\/napoveda\/ucet\/en\/zapomenute-heslo\/jak-na-to\/obnova-telefon\/\">verified phone<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 if those options are shown.<br>If you do not see any alternative methods, unfortunately, the password\u00a0<strong>cannot<\/strong>\u00a0be recovered in any other way.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Log In Using Your Bank Identity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/o-seznam.cz\/napoveda\/ucet\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2024\/10\/bank-id-vyber-banky.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2012\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the BankID interface, select the bank through which you wish to verify your identity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then proceed with the login process as you normally would with your bank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During verification, your bank will inform you of the data that will be shared with Seznam.cz as part of the identity confirmation \u2014 this is the same data that was shared when you first verified your account.<br>If you\u00a0<strong>refuse<\/strong>\u00a0to share this data now, the verification\u00a0<strong>cannot<\/strong>\u00a0be completed and your account access\u00a0<strong>cannot<\/strong>\u00a0be restored.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the verification is successful, you will be redirected back to Seznam, where you can set a new password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Set a New Password<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can now set a new password. Make sure to choose one that is strong and secure.
