Once enabled, every login attempt must be approved via one of your verification devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll be notified, for example, if someone guesses your password and tries to access your account. You can then choose to allow or deny the login attempt.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"expander is-style-default\">\n\t<summary data-datalayer-name=\"\" data-datalayer-text=\"Do I have to enable two-factor authentication? Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge do not support the required technologies. With these browsers, login confirmation will always be needed via a verification device. But if you lose access to that device, your only way to log in will be to receive an SMS code at your verified phone number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As explained in previous questions, there are several ways to accidentally lock yourself out of your account. If you\u2019ve turned this feature off, you\u2019ll need to enable it again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the browser settings, look for the&nbsp;<strong>Quick Launch<\/strong>&nbsp;option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re not receiving login notifications in the Seznam.cz mobile app, check your device settings to ensure that notifications are enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may also need to wait a little\u2014the notification might be delayed. If it doesn\u2019t arrive, you can choose&nbsp;<strong>Resend<\/strong>&nbsp;under the &#8222;Having trouble verifying?&#8220; option during login.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If notifications still don\u2019t appear, try switching networks\u2014for example, use mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If notifications only appear when you manually open the Seznam.cz app or browser, your phone might be putting the app to sleep in the background. Each device handles this differently\u2014check your battery settings for power-saving or optimization features and make sure the Seznam.cz app is excluded.
